The Integrated Counseling System of our educational organization is a modern online software platform for the provision of counseling services through any device with an available web browser application and internet access.

It has all the necessary digital tools to upgrade and enrich the counseling service delivery process for trainees/beneficiaries and counselors in the most secure and reliable way.

It follows the international standards of accessibility in software technology and while the general directive of the European Commission, European Accessibility Act regarding the design of products accessible to all has been taken into account. Finally, the platform has been designed with the principles of "Security by Design" in all its stages, ensuring security and integrity of the data it manages. All security specifications of ISO 27001:2013 & 27701:2019 quality assurance systems have been taken into account regarding software development as well as the framework of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
